Slow cooker fruit cobbler: Fresh fruit, vanilla, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg - a guaranteed crowd pleaser!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups frozen peach slices
  • 2 cups mixed frozen berries
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
Instructions:
  • Begin by misting the slow cooker with cooking spray, then combine peaches and berries, sprinkle with cornstarch, and mix well to coat evenly.
  • Gently swirl vanilla into the berry mixture, then blend in brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cover with cake mix and generously drizzle with melted butter.
  • Slow cook on High until the mixture is bubbling, for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
