Satisfy your pizza cravings with a slow cooker pepperoni pizza that can be personalized to your liking.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package kluski noodles
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 (13.5 ounce) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pizza sauce
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package sliced pepperoni
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • First, bring a pot of salted water to a vigorous boil. Add kluski noodles and cook for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until al dente. Drain noodles.
  • In a hot skillet, brown the beef until crumbly for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess grease and mix in marinara and pizza sauce.
  • Layer half of the cooked noodles into the slow cooker, followed by half of the ground beef mixture, pepperoni, mushrooms, and cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients for a delicious, flavorful dish.
  • Simmer gently for 1 1/2 hours.
