Slow cooked beef with onion and taco seasoning, perfect for tacos, burritos, taquitos, or any creation you desire.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (4 pound) boneless beef chuck roast
  • 2 (1 ounce) packages taco seasoning
  • 1 onion, halved and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Place a succulent beef roast in the cozy crock of a slow cooker. Generously sprinkle zesty taco seasoning over the beef and elegantly top it with flavorful onion slices.
  • Slow cook for 8 to 10 hours on Low heat.
  • Transfer the beef to a cutting board and use two forks to shred it. Place the shredded beef back into the slow cooker and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
