Effortless slow cooker chicken in creamy yogurt sauce infused with tomato, ginger, and spices. Simply combine and let the magic happen.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root
  • 1.5 pounds skinless chicken breasts
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce, or to taste
Instructions:
  • In the slow cooker, blend yogurt, tomato paste, onion, garlic, curry powder, ginger, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat them evenly with the flavorful yogurt sauce.
  • Slow cook until chicken is tender and fully cooked, approximately 8 hours. Use 2 forks to shred.
