Tender pork slow-cooked in flavorful Thai peanut sauce with red bell peppers.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33300000429153 cup soy sauce
  • 0.33300000429153 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 red bell peppers, thinly sliced and cut into bite-size lengths
  • 1 pound boneless pork chops
Instructions:
  • Combine chicken broth, soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, red bell peppers, and pork chops in a slow cooker. Cook on Low for 5 to 6 hours until pork is tender. Remove pork, shred, return to sauce, heat through, and serve.
