Effortlessly create a rich and creamy classic dish that tastes like it's been simmering all day, using simple shortcut ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 bag (1 lb) pre-cut fajita veggies (sliced bell peppers and onions)
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 12 tortillas from 2 packages (8.2 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Soft Tacos and Fajitas (10 Count)
  • 1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups prepared seasoned rice
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican-style cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup pico de gallo salsa
Instructions:
  • Prepare the slow cooker by generously coating it with cooking spray. Add the stew meat and fajita veggies into the slow cooker, then generously sprinkle them with taco seasoning.
  • Gently mix meat with water to combine ingredients. Cover tightly and cook on High heat setting for 4 to 6 hours.
  • Fill flour tortillas with deliciously seasoned meat and then generously garnish with your preferred toppings.
