Bisquick™ apple cider cinnamon rolls bake perfectly in your slow cooker.
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/3 cup spiced apple cider
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons apple pie spice
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 2 tablespoons caramel topping
Instructions:
  • Prepare the slow cooker by lining the bottom and sides with cooking parchment paper, then spray the paper with cooking spray for easy removal later.
  • Combine Roll Dough ingredients in a large bowl until dough comes together. Transfer dough to a surface dusted with Bisquick mix; knead until smooth, about 10 turns.
  • Roll out the dough into a 15x9-inch rectangle. Brush it with luscious melted butter. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and apple pie spice, then generously sprinkle the mixture on top of the dough. Roll the dough tightly from the long end and pinch the seam to seal it. Cut the dough roll into 9 equal slices. Arrange the slices, cut-side up, in the slow cooker.
  • To prevent condensation, place a paper towel inside the top of the slow cooker cover. Cook on High for 2 to 2.5 hours until the rolls are baked through.
  • Lift the rolls out of the slow cooker using parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mix the icing ingredients until fully combined. Drizzle the icing over the warm or room-temperature rolls (using as much as desired). Serve right away.
