Make delicious Apple Cobbler effortlessly using a slow cooker and Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ cake mix!
Ingredients:
  • 6 cups sliced peeled apples
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix (dry)
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cut into cubes
  • Whipped cream, if desired
Instructions:
  • Grease a large slow cooker with cooking spray then combine apple slices, sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon; mix well.
  • Combine the dry cake mix and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon in a large bowl. Using a pastry blender or two knives, cut in the butter until it resembles small peas. Transfer the mixture on top of the apple mixture.
  • Cover and simmer on High heat for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until the fruit is bubbling and the cobbler topping is light golden brown. Serve hot with a dollop of whipped cream.
