Zesty beef ribs paired with flavorful baked beans for a comforting meal.
Ingredients:
  • 3 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 1/2 lb boneless beef chuck ribs
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 3 cans (16 oz each) baked beans
Instructions:
  • In a 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, layer onion, bacon, and beef. Pour over barbecue sauce.
  • Cover and simmer on Low heat for 8 to 10 hours.
  • Transfer the tender beef to a cutting board. Slice it into bite-sized 1/2-inch pieces. Strain the flavorful juices into a small bowl, saving the onion, bacon, and 1/2 cup of liquid. Put the beef, onion, bacon, and reserved liquid back into the cooker. Add the baked beans and turn the heat to High. Cover and cook for 40 to 50 minutes until everything is piping hot. Enjoy!
