Slow-Cooker Beer-Orange Chicken

Simplify BBQ chicken in a hassle-free slow cooker for summer vibes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bottle (12 oz) beer
  • 1 can (12 oz) frozen orange juice concentrate (not thawed)
  • 3 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
  • 8 pieces (2 1/2 to 3 lbs) boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley and orange slices, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine beer, frozen orange juice concentrate, and garlic in a 6-quart slow cooker.
  • Lay the chicken thighs in a single layer and generously season the tops with poultry seasoning and salt.
  • Slow cook on Low heat for 6 to 8 hours until the chicken juices run clear when the thickest part is cut (reaching at least 165°F). Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and orange slices before serving.
