Indulge in decadent chocolate cherry cake made effortlessly in a slow cooker!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
  • Prepare the cake batter following the instructions on the box.
  • In a 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, generously pour the melted butter. Carefully add the cake batter without mixing. Then delicately pour the cherry pie filling into the center.
  • Cover the dish and let it simmer on low heat for 2 to 4 hours until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve the warm dish in bowls and top with whipped topping.
