Try our delectable slow-cooked cinnamon-infused pancakes for any meal of the day.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Non-stick spray
Instructions:
  • Combine Bisquick, milk, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth. Grease a 3-4 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray, then pour in the Bisquick mixture.
  • Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl until fully blended.
  • Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mixture over the batter's surface.
  • Swirl cinnamon and sugar into the batter using the end of a spoon or butter knife to create beautiful marbling.
  • Cook the pancake on high heat for 1 to 1 & 1/2 hours, until the center is firm.
