Indulge in cozy cinnamon-raisin bread pudding topped with maple syrup - a dessert the whole family will love.
Ingredients:
  • 6 cups cinnamon-raisin bread cubes (12 to 14 slices bread)
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup fat-free cholesterol-free egg product
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
  • Coat the interior of a 3 1/2 to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Add bread cubes to the cooker and generously sprinkle with sweet raisins to enhance the flavor.
  • Combine the remaining ingredients and generously pour over the bread cubes and raisins.
  • Cook on high heat, covered, for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Enjoy while it's still warm.
