Slow-Cooker Southern-Style Ham

Slow-cooked Southern-style glazed ham for a delicious home-cooked meal. Just mix, set, and savor!
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (6 oz) pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 fully cooked smoked bone-in ham (6 to 7 lb)
Instructions:
  • Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl, except for the ham. Put the ham in a 6-quart slow cooker and pour the juice mixture over it.
  • Cover and let simmer on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
