Delicious slow cooker sandwich recipe by Betty Crocker!
Ingredients:
  • 3 1/2-pound pork boneless loin blade roast (chef's prime), strings removed if tied
  • 1 envelope herb-with-garlic soup mix (from 2.4-ounce package)
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 12 hamburger buns, split
Instructions:
  • Place the pork roast in a 3- to 4-quart slow cooker, then generously sprinkle with soup mix, molasses, and red pepper for a burst of savory flavor.
  • Simmer on low heat for 7 to 9 hours with a lid on.
  • Take the pork out of the cooker and transfer it to a cutting board. Shred the pork using 2 forks, then mix it back into the juices in the cooker. When ready to serve, use a slotted spoon to portion out the pork and fill each bun with 1/2 cup of the delicious meat.
