Easy, romantic slow cooker dessert for two.
Ingredients:
  • 4 whole graham crackers
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam or preserves
  • Sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, blitz graham crackers until finely crushed. Add butter and pulse until thoroughly mixed. Firmly press the crumb mixture evenly into the base of two ungreased 1-cup ramekins.
  • In a food processor, blend cream cheese, egg, honey, jam, and salt until the batter is smooth, while occasionally scraping down the sides of the bowl. Then, evenly distribute the cheesecake batter among the ramekins.
  • Add 2 cups of water to a 6-quart slow cooker and gently place the ramekins inside.
  • Gently cover the dish and let it cook on Low heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours, or until the cheesecake is perfectly set.
  • Turn off the slow cooker, then remove the lid and allow the ramekins to cool inside for about 45 to 60 minutes.
  • Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Top with sliced strawberries before serving.
