Whip up a delicious meatless lasagna in just 10 minutes. One bite and you'll never go back to the original recipe!
Ingredients:
  • 8 no-boil lasagna noodles (from 16-oz package)
  • 1/2 cup chive-and-onion cream cheese spread (from 8-oz container)
  • 1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Vegetable Classics creamy mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (1 oz)
  • Paprika
Instructions:
  • Prepare your slow cooker by giving it a light coating of cooking spray. Arrange half of the noodles in the slow cooker, breaking and overlapping as needed.
  • Microwave cream cheese spread in a small microwavable bowl on High for 20 to 30 seconds. Mix in soup until fully combined. Pour half of the soup mixture over the noodles and sprinkle with half of the Cheddar cheese.
  • Create another layer using the remaining noodles, soup mixture, and Cheddar cheese. Gently pour milk over everything. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and paprika on top.
  • Cover and simmer on the Low setting for 4 to 5 hours.
