Slow-Cooker Turkey Breast

Easy weeknight turkey dinner made in a slow cooker with only 4 ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 3 medium red potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 4 cups)
  • 8 medium carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 2 cups)
  • 1 small onion, cut into wedges (1/2 cup)
  • 1 bone-in turkey breast with gravy packet (5 to 6 lb)
Instructions:
  • Combine potatoes, carrots, onion, and turkey gravy in a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker. Arrange the turkey breast on top.
  • Cover and simmer on Low heat for 7 to 8 hours until the vegetables are tender and the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 170°F.
