Savor an effortless one-pot meal: Slow Cooker Turkey Breast with Cranberry Stuffing.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1.5 large yellow onions, diced
  • 4 large celery ribs, diced - or more to taste
  • 1 (8 ounce) package dry bread stuffing mix with seasoning packet
  • 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 (7 pound) bone-in turkey breast with pop-up timer
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Sauté onions and celery in the melted butter until the onions are translucent, for about 8 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • 1. Line your 6-quart slow cooker with a plastic liner. Add dry bread stuffing to the liner, then sprinkle the seasoning packet on top. Mix in cooked onions and celery, cranberry sauce, melted butter, chicken broth, and salt without puncturing the bag.
  • Wash turkey breast and dry with paper towels, then season with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Push dressing to the side of the slow cooker and place turkey breast with pop-up timer facing up.
  • Cook undisturbed until the pop-up timer springs up, for about 4 to 4 1/2 hours.
  • Let the turkey breast rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes. Serve the dressing in a bowl alongside the turkey.
