Try these irresistible three cheese logs, a nutty appetizer that pairs perfectly with crackers.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (16 oz)
  • 2 packages (3 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (3 oz)
  • 2 medium green onions, finely chopped (2 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper sauce
  • 1 cup smoked almonds, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
Instructions:
  • Combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and blue cheese in a food processor with a metal blade. Pulse until blended. Add onions, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper sauce, then pulse until combined.
  • Divide the cheese mixture into 3 equal parts. Shape each part into a 6-inch log. Combine almonds and rosemary in a shallow dish, then roll the cheese logs in the almond mixture. Individually wrap each log in plastic wrap or waxed paper and refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm.
