  • 1 (20 ounce) package prepared macaroni and cheese, thawed if frozen
  • 1 slice American cheese, quartered
Instructions:
  • Preheat your electric smoker to 250°F (120°C) and add wood chips as instructed by the manufacturer, using any type suitable for smoking meat.
  • Transfer the macaroni and cheese to a heatproof dish suitable for the smoker. Arrange cheese slices evenly on top.
  • Place the dish on the smoker rack and smoke until hot and bubbly, approximately 1 1/2 hours. Serve promptly.
