Smoked salmon and cream cheese rolls

Create an impressive dinner party with smart shortcuts!
Ingredients:
  • 250.00 gm light cream cheese
  • 3 tsp finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1 1/2 tsp finely grated lemon rind
  • 400g packet frozen French-style crepes, thawed
  • 200g salmon
  • 1 small red onion, halved, thinly sliced (see note)
Instructions:
  • Combine cream cheese, fresh dill, and lemon zest in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
  • Lay a crepe down and generously spread with cream cheese mixture. Place a slice of salmon and some onion on top. Roll it up, trim the ends, cut in half, and secure with toothpicks. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Serve and enjoy!
