Impress guests with simple smoked salmon lettuce cups.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 x 250g tub Original Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 3 tsp horseradish cream
  • 1 baby cos lettuce (see Note)
  • 125g sliced smoked salmon, torn
Instructions:
  • Mix the cream cheese and horseradish cream in a small bowl.
  • Prepare crisp and fresh lettuce leaves, ensuring they are clean and dry. Place 12 smaller leaves on a serving platter. Distribute the salmon evenly among the leaves and top each with a dollop of cream cheese.
  • Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. Refrigerate until you're ready to enjoy.
