Ingredients:
  • 250g light cream cheese, chopped
  • 100g smoked salmon, roughly chopped
  • 1 lime, rind finely grated, juiced
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped dill
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, blend together cream cheese, smoked salmon, and fresh lime juice until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
  • Mix in the zesty lime rind and fresh dill. Add a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper to taste. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Enjoy with crispy vegetable chips.
