Quick and effortless dip perfect for parties and cookouts.
Ingredients:
  • 210g can pink salmon, drained
  • 250g Cottage Cheese
  • 30g butter, at room temperature, chopped
  • 15.90 gm fresh lemon juice
  • 50g smoked salmon slices, coarsely chopped
  • Chopped fresh dill, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine pink salmon, cottage cheese, butter, and lemon juice in a food processor and blend until smooth. Season with pepper to taste.
  • Combine the smoked salmon in the food processor and pulse briefly.
  • Place the dish in a serving bowl and sprinkle generously with fresh dill.
