Ingredients:
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, flaked
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
  • 2 small heads endive
  • 1 teaspoon capers for garnish
Instructions:
  • Combine salmon, cream cheese, and horseradish sauce in a small bowl, mashing them together using a fork.
  • Peel apart the endive heads to reveal the individual leaves.
  • Fill the endive leaves with the salmon pate and elegantly arrange them on a platter. Sprinkle with capers for a finishing touch.
