Delicious smoked salmon rolls that are as tasty as they are beautiful.
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 gm spreadable cream cheese
  • 40.00 ml baby capers, rinsed, chopped
  • 40.00 ml fresh dill, chopped
  • Finely grated zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 10.60 gm lemon juice
  • 4 slices Mountain Bread flatbread
  • 400g smoked salmon
  • 1/2 bunch watercress, trimmed
Instructions:
  • Combine the cream cheese, capers, dill, zest, and juice in a small bowl, then season to taste.
  • Lay out the bread on a cutting board. Spread with creamy cheese mixture. Layer with smoked salmon. Place a line of fresh watercress along one side. Roll up the ingredients tightly and then cut each roll into 6 pieces.
  • Wrap the dish in plastic film and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
