Smoked Turkey Jarlsberg Salad Supreme

Deli turkey salad with grapes, almonds - ready in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 pounds smoked turkey breast, cut into 1x 1/4-inch strips (5 cups)
  • 8 ounces Jarlsberg or Swiss cheese, cut into 1x 1/4-inch strips (2 cups)
  • 2 cups seedless red grapes, whole or cut in half
  • 1 1/2 cups slivered almonds, toasted
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste, if desired
  • Lettuce, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine the turkey, cheese, grapes, and almonds in a spacious 4-quart bowl.
  • Combine the remaining ingredients, except lettuce, in a medium bowl. Pour the mixture over the turkey and gently mix it in. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce.
