Whip up a flavorful beef and pumpkin stew with a hint of smokiness - ideal for cozy evenings!
Ingredients:
  • 280g jar Chargrilled Vegetables, drained reserving oil
  • 500g No Added Hormones Diced Beef
  • 10.00 gm smoked paprika
  • 500g pkt Diced Butternut Pumpkin
  • 180g pea
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, warm 1/4 cup (60ml) of the reserved oil from the chargrilled vegetables. Brown the beef in batches, turning occasionally, for 5 minutes. Stir in the paprika and cook for an additional 1 minute until aromatic.
  • Pour in 1 1/2 cups (375ml) water and bring to a boil. Then, lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 1 1/2 hours until the beef is tender.
  • Combine the pumpkin and chargrilled vegetables in the pot and simmer for 30 minutes until the pumpkin is tender. Then, add the peas and mix well until warmed. Season with your favorite herbs and spices to taste.
