Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.33333334326744 cup hickory flavored barbeque sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced, or to taste
  • 2 chipotle chilies in adobo sauce, minced, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons adobo sauce from chipotle peppers
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon celery salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 0.5 cup dry oatmeal

Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then coat a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
