Spicy guacamole with a smoky twist - a crowd-pleaser for any gathering.
Ingredients:
  • 2 avocados, unpeeled, halved, stone discarded
  • 1 tomato, seeded, finely chopped
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 125.00 ml chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 31.50 gm lime juice
  • 18.20 gm extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Grill avocado slices for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until nicely charred.
  • Scoop avocado flesh from skin, chop roughly, and transfer to a bowl with care.
  • Combine fresh, ripe tomatoes, diced onions, fragrant coriander, zesty lime juice, and a drizzle of oil. Season generously with salt and pepper, then gently mix everything together. Cover the mixture and let it sit for the flavors to meld perfectly.
