In just 20 minutes, enjoy a tasty meal using frozen patties from the store!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (4 oz)
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend
  • 2 frozen ground beef patties (4 oz each), thawed
  • 2 slices (3/4 oz each) sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 sandwich buns, split, toasted if desired
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons creamy mustard-mayonnaise sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the contact grill for 5 minutes. Combine mushrooms, onion, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend in a medium bowl.
  • Once the grill is heated up, place the mushroom mixture on the lower grill surface. Close the grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender. Remove from the grill and cover to keep warm.
  • Coat beef patties with a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle with a 1/4 teaspoon of garlic-pepper blend. Grill patties for 4 to 6 minutes until fully cooked. Top each patty with a slice of cheese and continue grilling until the cheese melts.
  • Spread the bottom buns with flavorful mustard-mayonnaise sauce, then layer each with a delicious mushroom mixture, a juicy cheese-topped beef patty, and finally crown it with the top bun.
