Snickers™-Stuffed Peanut Butter Cookies

Irresistible peanut butter cookies with a sweet candy surprise.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 24 miniature Snickers™ fun-size candy bars, unwrapped
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting, if desired
  • Betty Crocker™ candy sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine cookie mix, oil, and egg in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms. Shape the dough into 24 balls and wrap each ball around a candy bar. Place the cookies 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until they turn a light golden brown. Let them cool for 3 minutes, then transfer them from the cookie sheet to a cooling rack. If you plan to frost the cookies, make sure they cool completely.
  • Frost the cooled cookies, sprinkle with candy sprinkles, and store in an airtight container once fully cooled.
