Tangy green beans drizzled with olive oil, zesty lemon juice, and sprinkled with savory feta cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds fresh green beans
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil salted water, cook green beans for 3-4 minutes until tender. 2. Melt butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Drain beans, add to skillet, and cook for 2 more minutes until tender in butter.
  • Season the beans with a pinch of salt, a dash of pepper, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Transfer to a warm serving dish and generously top with crumbled feta cheese.
