Honey and soy chicken wraps

Make delicious chicken and salad wraps for a convenient lunch on the go.
Ingredients:
  • 500g chicken tenderloins, trimmed
  • 125.00 ml Honey & Soy Teriyaki Marinade
  • 6 soft burrito tortillas
  • 44.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 60g baby Asian greens
  • 40g snow pea sprouts, ends trimmed
  • 2 small carrots, peeled into ribbons
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, peeled into ribbons
Instructions:
  • Place the chicken and marinade in a shallow glass or ceramic dish. Ensure the chicken is fully coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours to marinate, if possible.
  • Preheat a barbecue grill over medium heat. Take the chicken out of the marinade and grill for 3 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Place on a plate, cover, and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Place tortillas on a clean work surface. Spread a layer of sweet chili sauce on each tortilla. Arrange Asian greens along the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle sprouts, carrot, cucumber, and chicken on top.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling, cut it in half, secure with toothpicks, and serve.
