Ingredients:
  • 9.20 gm peanut oil
  • 1 bunch asparagus, cut into 4cm lengths
  • 125g baby corn, halved lengthways
  • 200g snow peas, trimmed, halved diagonally
  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
  • In a sizzling wok or pan, sauté asparagus and corn for 3 minutes. Toss in snow peas, ginger, and garlic, and stir-fry for 1 more minute.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and let it simmer for 1 minute. Finish off with a drizzle of sesame oil. Serve promptly as a delicious side for your preferred beef, lamb, or chicken entree.
