Elevate coleslaw with zesty ginger matchsticks.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 wombok (Chinese cabbage), finely shredded
  • 200g snow peas, trimmed, cut into matchsticks
  • 2 carrots, peeled, cut into matchsticks
  • 5cm piece golden ginger, peeled, cut into matchsticks
  • 36.80 gm vegetable oil
  • 42.00 gm fresh lemon juice
  • 21.00 gm soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Mix together the cabbage, snow peas, carrot, and ginger in a bowl.
  • Combine oil, lemon juice, and soy sauce in a jug or bowl, whisking until emulsified. Drizzle the mixture over the cabbage and toss together.
