Spicy salad pairs perfectly with pan-seared salmon or pork cutlets.
Ingredients:
  • 270g dried soba noodles
  • 500.00 ml shredded red cabbage
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled, halved, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 3cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, finely chopped
  • 100g snow pea sprouts, trimmed, halved
  • 41.60 gm hot chilli sauce
  • 65.63 gm lime juice
Instructions:
  • Boil noodles in a large saucepan of salted water until tender, for about 2 to 3 minutes. Drain them before using.
  • Combine cabbage, carrot, garlic, ginger, sprouts, and noodles in a large bowl. Mix chili sauce and lime juice in a separate bowl, then pour over the noodle mixture. Season with salt and toss well to combine. Serve and enjoy!
