Indulge in this creamy, coconutty White Christmas cocktail with flavored vodka and rum - a decadent treat that doubles as dessert. Perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 150g white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 20g (1/4 cup) desiccated coconut
  • 250ml (1 cup) pouring cream
  • 250ml (1 cup) coconut milk
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) vanilla flavoured vodka
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) coconut rum
  • Ice cubes, to serve
  • 4 Ferrero Confetteria Raffaello truffles, unwrapped
Instructions:
  • - Place 50g of white chocolate in a microwave-safe dish and heat on High for 40 seconds until just melting. Stir until smooth. - Spread desiccated coconut on a small plate. Coat the rim of each serving glass with a bit of melted chocolate, then dip in coconut and shake off excess. - Repeat the coating process with the remaining glasses, chocolate, and coconut. Let chocolate set before using.
  • In a large heatproof jug, add the remaining white chocolate. In a small saucepan, heat cream over medium heat until it boils. Pour the hot cream into the jug with the white chocolate and stir until smooth. Mix in the coconut milk, vodka, and rum until well combined.
  • Skewer each truffle and place a few ice cubes in each glass. Pour vodka mixture into glasses and garnish with skewers before serving.
