Bisquick® mix elevates these quick and delicious biscuits, ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Melt butter and brown sugar in a 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Transfer the mixture into a 9-inch round pan or an 8-inch square pan, then sprinkle with pecans.
  • Combine Bisquick mix and milk in a medium bowl until dough forms; beat for 30 seconds. If dough is sticky, add Bisquick mix gradually (up to 1/4 cup) until dough is easy to handle.
  • Roll the dough in a dusting of Bisquick mix and knead it 10 times. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape each into a ball before placing them on the brown sugar mixture in the pan.
  • Bake until golden brown, about 12 to 15 minutes. Place a heatproof serving plate upside down on the pan, then flip them over together. Let the pan rest on the biscuits for a few minutes to allow the brown sugar mixture to drizzle. Cool slightly before serving.
