Enhance Betty Crocker™ Butter Recipe Yellow Cake Mix with a cinnamon-sugar blend for a delectable Bundt cake that will leave everyone craving more.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Butter Recipe Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter flavor extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously coat a 12-cup fluted tube cake pan with baking spray that includes flour.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the Cake ingredients on medium speed for 2 minutes, making sure to scrape the bowl occasionally. Pour half of the batter into the pan.
  • Combine the Cinnamon Mixture ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the batter in the pan, then pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon mixture.
  • Bake for 38 to 42 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Take out of the oven and allow it to sit for 10 minutes. Run a knife around the edges and center of the pan, then transfer to a cooling rack. Let it cool completely for about 1 hour before storing loosely covered at room temperature.
