Classic grandma-style cookies with milk chocolate chips for a decadent, melt-in-your-mouth treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Cream together butter, white sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a bowl using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  • Combine flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Gently incorporate the flour mixture into the butter mixture until fully blended; mix in chocolate chips. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto a nonstick baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
  • Bake until the tops are beautifully golden brown, approximately 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
