Whip together butter and canola oil for a healthier, creamy spread. Customize with garlic, cinnamon, or your favorite flavors!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1.25 cups canola oil
Instructions:
  • Stir butter in a lidded, plastic container until it turns smooth like frosting.
  • Gradually drizzle in the first 1/2 cup of oil, one tablespoon at a time, until the mixture is smooth. Then add the rest of the oil a bit faster, stirring well.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours, or until firm.
  • Chill in the refrigerator. If the 'butter' softens, refrigerate to solidify.
