Whip up a beautiful cranberry Jell-O salad using black cherry gelatin and canned cranberry sauce for an easy and stunning dessert with a creamy twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages black cherry-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)
  • 1.75 cups boiling water
  • 1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream
Instructions:
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together jellied cranberry sauce and gelatin mix until fully blended. Gradually pour in boiling water and stir until gelatin dissolves entirely, approximately 3 minutes. Refrigerate until softly set, around 2 to 3 hours.
  • Swirl sour cream into chilled cranberry gelatin for a marble effect. Chill until fully set, for at least 4 hours or overnight. Keep any leftovers refrigerated for later enjoyment.
