Delicious chicken stroganoff: tender strips of chicken cooked with mushrooms in a creamy wine sauce. Irresistibly satisfying.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 0.75 cup dry white wine
  • 0.5 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • In a 9x13 inch baking dish, mix cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, wine/broth, onion, mushrooms, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place chicken breasts on top. Bake uncovered in a preheated oven for 1 hour until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
