Elevate savory muffins with Bisquick® mix for a simple and perfect bake.
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 container (8 oz) sour cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly coat 36 mini muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until just moistened. Fill muffin cups almost to the top with the batter.
  • Bake until lightly golden for around 25 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes, then remove the muffins from the pans and serve warm.
