Delicious corn casserole with creamy corn, sour cream, butter, and muffin mix - perfect side for any meat or poultry.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (8.5 ounce) package corn bread mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine the sour cream, butter, creamed corn, corn niblets, and corn muffin mix in a mixing bowl.
  • Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish or 9-inch baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until it has set.
