Quick and easy cheesy corn casserole, perfect for any meal! No Jiffy® mix needed. Perfect side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (15.25 ounce) cans shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 sleeve crushed buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Spread corn evenly in a flat casserole dish. In a bowl, thoroughly mix condensed soup, sour cream, and Cheddar cheese. Spread this delicious mixture over the corn.
  • In a saucepan over gentle heat, melt the butter, then stir in the crackers until well blended. Spread this mixture over the corn.
  • Bake until golden and bubbly in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes.
