Simple garlic soy sauce marinade elevates chicken with incredible flavor. Perfect for thighs, legs, or breasts.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Instructions:
  • In a spacious, nonporous bowl, mix together soy sauce and garlic. Add chicken and coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate.
  • Prepare the outdoor grill by preheating it to medium-high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Grill chicken until fully cooked, about 10-15 minutes per side. Use a thermometer to ensure it reaches 165°F (74°C) at the center. Discard marinade before serving.
