Refreshing summer spaghetti salad with tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumber, Cheddar cheese, and Italian seasoning.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 0.5 onion, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
Instructions:
  • Boil spaghetti in salted water until perfectly al dente. Refresh in cold water and drain.
  • Combine the chopped tomatoes, green bell pepper, onion, and cucumber in a large bowl. Next, mix in the Cheddar cheese and salad seasoning.
  • Combine the chilled pasta with the fresh vegetables in a large bowl. Drizzle the salad dressing over the mixture and toss thoroughly to ensure everything is coated. Refrigerate for a few hours to enhance the flavor before serving.
